Years of accumulated belongings often hide mold, pest activity, and biohazard material that need specialized sorting, not just hauling. Trauma Clean Pros sends trained Hoarding Cleanup technicians anywhere in Crete.
Request A Cleanup Assessment
These are the standards Trauma Clean Pros holds on every Hoarding Cleanup call in Crete, from first assessment to final cleanup.
Every technician carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification for any biohazard material uncovered, and full liability insurance covers the job.
Crews staffed throughout Crete, IL keep Crete response times short for both emergency and scheduled Hoarding Cleanup jobs.
Pricing is locked in before the first item is moved.
Every Crete crew is equipped to identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings safely.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and underlying issues vary property to property.
We work through hoarded properties in stages, giving clients a say in what stays and what goes.
Contamination found during sorting — from pests, spoiled food, or other biohazard material — is identified and remediated using certified protocols.
Mold growth hidden behind stacked belongings is common in long-term hoarding situations and gets flagged for remediation as it's uncovered.
Rodent or insect activity found during a cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner alongside the sort.
Once sorting is complete, affected areas receive a full sanitization pass to address any biological contamination uncovered.
We handle logistics for donation and disposal so the family isn't left managing hauling separately.
A dispatcher takes your call at +1-844-401-0166 and schedules an in-person walkthrough at a time that works for you.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Crete property to assess the situation in person before any work begins.
After the walkthrough, technicians provide a written flat-rate quote and a proposed timeline before any sorting begins.
Work is completed in phases with client input throughout, closing with a final walkthrough and sanitization confirmation.

Whenever possible, yes — we involve the client in sorting decisions rather than making unilateral calls about their property.
